Entrée Recruitment is an accredited user of GeneSys Online Psychometric Assessments. When combined with a thorough skills and behaviour-based interview process, psychometric assessments will help provide a picture of a candidate’s behaviour, personality, and capabilities. Standard psychometric testing includes personality profiling and general reasoning (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning). A full report will be provided after the psychometric testing has been completed.
