Have you found the ideal employer, but they're not presently hiring?

Research the Company

To begin, do some preliminary research on the company. Examine their websites, career pages, and social media accounts to see how your talents and experience may be of assistance to them. It can also assist you in determining the company's culture and whether you would be a suitable match.

Network!

Make contact with personnel from the company. To make a professional connection, use LinkedIn, email, or phone, but make sure you explain them why you're connecting.

How to Apply

Prepare and write your application, which should contain an up-to-date résumé, a customised cover letter, and any supporting paperwork relevant to your candidacy. You must describe why you approached the company, as well as your primary skill sets, related achievements, and why you would be an excellent fit. It's also critical to include a call to action at the end of the letter. Point them to your resume and request an interview or the opportunity to talk with a hiring manager. Finally, don't forget to thank them for their time and consideration!
