Entrée Recruitment temporary staff members can be engaged from a minimum of 3 hours, with some placements extending as long as 12 months and beyond.

Organisations may choose to  engage temporary staff members to relieve annual, maternity or sick leave, assist with high workloads or projects, or backfill a position during a permanent recruitment campaign.

The Entrée Recruitment methodology for vetting and qualifying high calibre temporary staff members includes:

  • Thorough phone screening of suitable applicants

  • Face-to-face behaviour-based interviewing

  • Computer skills testing

  • Reference checking

Our process when placing temporary staff with host employers includes:

  • A thorough job briefing

  • Obtaining interest and commitment from one or more suitable candidates from candidate pool (or sourcing relevant candidates if required)

  • Recommendation of one or more suitable candidates with short candidate summaries

  • The coordination of client interviews if requested

  • The facilitation of DHS/DCSI Screenings and Police Checks if required

  • The offer to the successful candidate(s) and verbal feedback to unsuccessful shortlisted candidates

  • Coordination of payroll and other employment related matters

  • WHS desk and environment inspections on site

  • Ongoing performance monitoring during placement period

  • Coordination of all placement extensions and/or permanent job offers

The hourly fee to engage a temporary staff member is determined by the level of the position to be undertaken in conjunction with the industry award. Hourly rates include superannuation, WorkCover charges and payroll tax. As a recruitment agency, Entrée Recruitment adheres to and follows all Australian and South Australian employment laws, regulations and requirements.
