The RCSA (Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association) is Australia and New Zealand's peak body for the recruitment industry, and the RCSA Industry Awards provide the opportunity to recognise the best of the best in the recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions sector in Australia and New Zealand.
In 2020, Entrée Recruitment was shortlisted in two award categories: Our Head of Early Years Recruitment Penny Debrowski for Rising Star 2020 and our operations team for Excellence in Corporate Services.
The 2020 Award Ceremony was held on Friday the 26th of June virtually, which provided our team with the opportunity to celebrate together from our very own office. Read on to discover our reasons for these nominations, to view our Finalist videos, and to view photos of our virtual awards event.
Rising Star 2020: Penelope Debrowski (Head of Early Years Recruitment)
We at Entrée Recruitment nominated Penny for the Rising Star Award for the dedication she has displayed to our Early Years Recruitment division since her commencement with Entrée Recruitment in 2017. In that time Penny has utilised her Early Childhood industry experience to build meaningful relationships with Educators and Centres across Adelaide, providing advice, support and understanding. She demonstrates a strong passion for Early Childhood education; a genuine love of forging lasting relationships; and high level work ethic, commitment to her job and loyalty to our business. We were so proud of Penny to be one of only 4 Recruitment Consultants shortlisted Australia-wide and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating her successes on Friday.

Excellence in Corporate Services
Entrée Recruitment's Corporate Services team consists of Laura Harvey (Operations Manager), Breeanna Noske (Marketing & Brand Specialist) and Jemimah Hoad (Front Desk Administrator). We nominated our Corporate Services team for their dedication and hard work year round. Often the unsung heroes, our back office team work tirelessly to keep the business running smoothly, identifying areas for process improvement and supporting our recruitment team where needed. It was a fantastic honour for our Corporate Services team to be recognised by the RCSA and shortlisted for the Excellence in Corporate Services Award.
