About the role:

We are seeking an administration assistant to help the team with some general admin and marketing duties. The role includes general office administration including to tidy up the kitchen/emptying the dishwasher daily, sending and receiving mail to clients, setting up rooms for meetings and cleaning up afterwards. In addition to these tasks there is some commercial/marketing assistance which includes filing, setting appointments for meetings, updating spreadsheets, collating information for reports, and assisting with special event preparation.

Skills & experience:

We are seeking candidates who have a can-do, positive attitude and friendly demeanour. The ideal candidate will also have strong customer service skills and strong sense of attention to detail.
