About the Company
Successfully established in South Australia and interstate, InPlace Living and has new headquarters located on Greenhill Road in Wayville and is well positioned to burst into the SA marketplace. InPlace Living is a NDIS registered provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). They design and develop customised housing solutions in all SDA categories for people with complex and high disability support needs. About the Role
As Team Administrator you will play a vital role in providing administration and operational support to a dynamic, high performing and growing team. No day is the same and responsibilities span the breadth of front of house, through office management, project administration, marketing support and continuous improvement.
Duties
Schedule meetings, manage calendars and handle correspondence
Contribute to excellence in data management, filing and record keeping
Manage requests from internals and externals
Support projects with coordination and documentation
Assist marketing with document administration and event coordination
Skills & Experience
Recent success in similar role within a dynamic environment
NPC and NDIS Worker Screening
Excellence in the MS Office suite
Disability sector experience and tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
