About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our expanding business. This newly created role requires a self-driven individual passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will work with new and existing clients, manage job briefings, recruit for temporary and permanent roles, and develop strong client relationships. Additionally, you will utilise progressive search techniques to source top talent and provide career advice to candidates.
Duties:
Recruitment of both permanent and temporary roles
Manage job briefings from clients
Generate new business opportunities through proactive business development strategies
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base
Review applications, phone screen interview candidates, and reference check
Talent acquisition using progressive search techniques such as Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn
Write engaging advertisements for permanent roles
Liaise with clients on issues of rates, positions, and work performance
Career advice and counselling to candidates
Skills and Experience:
Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency experience advantageous)
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
High-volume account management experience
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Previous experience in the recruitment/human resources industry
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities
A strong work ethic and a desire to further develop your career
