About the role:
This Administration role will provide administrative support to the Service Delivery and Accounts Team. As part of the traineeship, you will have an opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business.
Duties may include:
Reception duties
Goods receiving and despatching and stock control
Grocery and lunch supply ordering
Daily dishwasher duties and kitchen cleaning activities
Friday lunch voting, order management and order placement
Stationery stock control and ordering
Couriers, postage, and banking
Supplier coordination
Assisting Accounts, Service and Service teams
Data entry and word processing
Skills & experience:
This role would suit someone at the start of their administration career. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate initiative and an interest in helping and assisting the team. You will have a thirst for personal learning and development and a desire to progress your career in the administration field.
