About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Administrator to provide high-level support to the General Manager, Recruitment Manager, and team of consultants. This is a varied position that will keep you on your toes and give you an opportunity to contribute to business growth.
One of the primary functions will be to partner with the consultants so they can focus and seamlessly do what they do best, while you do your best by offering unwavering support and guidance.

Duties
Be the ‘back up’ for the Recruitment Manager and be part of a well-established admin team
Recruitment support i.e. screening resumes, reference checking and coordinating interviews
Take job briefs in consultants’ absence
Brief candidates for both temporary and permanent positions
Client liaison on behalf of consultants
Candidate identification and talent sourcing through searches
Assist the administration team with candidate sourcing strategies
Calculate rates and provide guidance on relevant modern awards
Proofread client and candidate marketing material and advertisements
Manage reports such as temporary staffing reports and compliance
Organise candidate workshops
Ad-hoc project work in relation to strategy and process improvements

Ability to think of your feet
Talent for juggling conflicting tasks and priorities
Previous experience within the recruitment / human resources industry
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
