Located just outside of Gawler, they supply to clients on a national basis. About the role:
This role is offered on a 4 day a week basis and situated in a small and welcoming team. It reports to the Project Manager and supports the Project Team in the implementation of capital projects and provision of technical assistance. This position is a diverse opportunity, pivotal in the procurement and payment of all capital equipment and contract services, project documentation management, coordination of contractors and the provision of meeting secretarial support.
Duties include:
Sourcing quotes
Raising purchase orders
Forecasting and organising foreign currency cover for overseas purchases
Receipting and payment of invoices
Creating new vendors, set-up and personnel inductions
Project and technical meetings attendance, recording and distribution of minutes
Management of all project documentation
Internal stakeholder liaison and communication
Database administration
Diary and communication management
Skills & experience:
Success in this role will be supported by previous experience working within a fast-paced and dynamic project environment. An understanding of the building and construction industry will also be highly regarded. You are systems savvy, with excellence in the use of the MS Office Suite. Your flexibility is essential as some regular out of hours meetings require virtual attendance - you will be compensated with time in lieu or overtime.
