About the role:
Working closely with the Executive Director (ED) the role will include communicating any messages from the ED through to other staff accurately and appropriately and ensuring the team follow through on actions required.
This role sits within Division 1: Communications and Establishment, that holds responsibility for Department of Human Resources, Department of Communications and Department of Information Security.
In this diverse role, you will contribute to the future growth of the winery from a human resources perspective.
Duties:
Manage the recruitment, inductions and performance analysis of the organisation
Build an internal cultural framework within the organisation
Develop, support and deliver consistent human resources and business strategies that benefit the organisation and its stakeholders
Internal communication and customer service
Develop and maintain policies and practices
Ensure company intellectual property is safely stored
Liaise with key stakeholders to influence change and ensure they understand and drive business solutions effectively
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will be a communications specialist who can quickly build solid relationships, promote innovation and thoughtful solutions and own and execute outstanding communications. You will be able to demonstrate your success in advising, developing, implementing and providing communications services, issues management, executive correspondence and internal communications to ensure effective relationship outcomes for the business. With strong influencing and negotiation skills, you will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and relational skills to work closely with the Executive Director and influence a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications will be looked at favourably but not essential. Relevant experience as a Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Executive is also advantageous.
