About the role:
We are recruiting for a Payroll and Accounts Assistant to assist the Office Manager. The role will be offered as permanent part time, working 20 – 24 hours per week, with flexible working days.
Duties will include:
Payroll for over 100 staff
Credit card, bank statement and end of month reconciliations
Answering email and phone queries
Ad hoc administration duties as required
Skills & experience:
We are seeking candidates with experience processing payroll in MYOB. Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills are essential. The successful candidate will a team player whose easygoing nature will complement the relaxed office environment.
