About the role:
Providing administration support and customer service, this is much more than just a job! It is working for a higher cause, improving health outcomes in rural SA. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Front Desk Administrator will contribute to the organisation by providing internal and external customer service, and broad administrative support to key managers and the executive team.
Duties may include:
Low level reception
WHS admin support and minuting of meetings
Administrative support to the Admin Manager, CEO and GM
Meeting organisation and catering
Office supply management
Inbox and communication management
Fleet management
Learn and backup transactional finance tasks
Housekeeping
Skills & experience:
Similar success in a front facing administrative role
MS Office suite skills especially with MS Word
Understanding of a regulatory environment and the necessity to operate within set process
Love of excellent customer service provision
