About the role:
Working alongside a passionate CEO, you will thrive on making things happen. A multi-faceted role you will provide top level administration support to the CEO as well as provide general administration support to the Board and executive team. You will also provide leadership and support to the Receptionist.
Every day will be different with your duties including complex diary and calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, preparing presentations, writing and drafting of correspondence, coordination of functions, as well as attendance at all board and executive meetings including preparation of board packs and minute taking.
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in all facets of providing high level executive support. Displaying a calm and personable disposition, you will be values driven and demonstrate that you use a proactive approach to ensure the CEO is best equipped at all times. Polished communication skills will see you able to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organisation and advanced written skills will ensure that the various forms of correspondence for the CEO and executive team are of the highest quality. Intermediate to advanced MS office skills across all packages is essential.
