Due to continued success, the consultancy is now seeking a savvy Executive Assistant to join them in a newly created role.
About the role
Working alongside three busy Directors, you will thrive on making things happen. A multi-faceted role, you will provide top level support to the Executive Chairman, Managing Director and Finance Director. You will build trusted professional relationships both internally and externally in order to achieve seamless outcomes. With a high level of planning and ability to think ahead, you will understand each Executive’s expectations and juggle accordingly to deliver positive outcomes on time.
Key duties include complex diary and email management, meeting and travel coordination, writing and drafting of correspondence, preparing presentations, managing the administration of multiple boards, board meeting preparation and attendance including minute taking, coordination of functions, and general administration support to the Directors.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have proven experience in all facets of providing high level executive support. Displaying a calm and confident disposition, you will demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, diplomacy and people skills and an understanding of the requirement to maintain confidentiality. Also essential is experience in working with Boards, including the preparation of papers and logistical arrangements. A strong communicator, your advanced written skills will ensure that the various forms of internal and external correspondence are of the highest quality. Advanced MS Office skills across all packages are required.
