About the role:
You will be working within a team that provides and supports a four-year student program where adult education principals are applied, educating men and women to become leaders across their multiple entities. In this position, the Executive Administrator will provide high level executive support to the Director and Team Coordinators, managing all aspects of administration. The successful candidate will play an important role within the program that is critical to preparing men and women to work or volunteer across its entities.
Duties:
Provide support to the Director and the greater team
Develop agendas and prepare minutes
Preparation of student events and seminars
Support student interviews and preparation of records and transcripts
Invoicing, banking and budget preparation
Preparation of quarterly newsletter
Communicate with the two universities associated with the program
Prepare and support for students to undertake Vocational Assessment and Emotional Intelligence assessment processes
Assist in devising, preparing and organising the program of education for each year
Maintain a small library of books for students attending one of the universities
Regular student engagement of the adult men and women in the program
