RDWA is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity responsible for delivering a broad range of services ensuring a sustainable Primary Health Care (PHC) workforce to meet current and future rural community needs.
About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Planning and part of a small planning team, the role of Data Administrator could be worked on either a full-time or part-time basis over an initial 12-month contract. The role provides data in such a way that strengthens existing systems, processes, and reports to support the goal of aligning products to market needs for PHC workforce priorities.
Duties may include:
Contribute to data, planning processes, and produce reports
Contribute to the workforce information collection process
Produce reports and other written material
Identify opportunities for improvements with current software systems
Liaise with key stakeholders regarding workforce information and other data set requirements
Monitor RDWA's targets and achievement of priorities
Contribute technical expertise in contemporary data analysis and report on statistical information
Operate RDWA's database and software systems
Skills & experience:
Expert use of MS Excel is essential and Power BI experience is favorable
Ability to present data in clear tables, graphs, and reports
Analytical abilities
Well-developed writing skills
Graduate or undergraduate qualification in relevant tertiary discipline such as Health or Business desirable
