About the company:

This organisation is an internationally renowned centre for research in marketing. The Institute conducts a substantial amount of contract research for industry, including qualitative work, internet surveys and modelling work, and regularly wins large government grants.

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating several administrative tasks for the Corporate Sponsorship Program. You will act as the first point of contact to the Institute’s Corporate Sponsors, assisting them with their queries. You will enjoy coordinating seminars, managing key staff diaries and maintaining the current database of Corporate Sponsors. 

Skills & experience:

We are looking for honest and reliable candidates with great communication skills who take the initiative and deliver results by seizing opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. Your demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration role and a keen eye for detail will go a long way. You will be confident working independently and contributing to the effective operation of a small and supportive team. Tertiary qualifications in Administration, International Business or a related field as well as knowledge of the University sector are highly advantageous.
