About the role:
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Client Service Representative will be responsible for engaging existing and new customers with the development and implementation of NDIS plans. This will include communication with prospective clients, meeting Local Area Coordinators, NDIA and families, promoting and selling service offerings, all the way through to final implementation. Key challenges include the continuous improvement of services to meet changing demands in the NDIS environment while liaising and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Tasks include:
Champion the delivery of NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
Support employees to achieve their NDIS goals and objectives
Provision of NDIS support to existing employees, residents and members
Conduct pre-planning conversations and facilitate NDIS planning meetings for new customers
Skills & experience:
Proven experience with and understanding of the NDIS environment and its impact on participants and providers
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of
Microsoft Office suite
High level of communication, organisation and planning skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Resilient and agile, with the ability to adapt in a changing work environment
