We now seek to appoint a dynamic and exceptionally organised Administration Coordinator to join the team.

About the role:

Reporting to the outcome focused Managing Director, the Administration Coordinator will undertake a hands-on, multifaceted role inclusive of transactional accounts, reporting and general administration with a focus on the management of administrative workloads for the small team.

Duties include:

  • Accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Financial, HR and operational reporting
  • Support the administrators in workload management
  • Field technician site attendance monitoring
  • Online portal administration
  • Internal and external liaison
  • Process improvements
  • Ad hoc administration and projects

Skills & experience:

Candidates with a preference for high tech environments and the skills to work within them will best suit this future focused industry leader. Demonstratable excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database proficiency are sought as is proven success in people management. Relevant education such as MBA would be highly regarded. If you have experience in KPI metrics and possess a structured approach and strong business acumen, your application is strongly encouraged.
