About the company:
Pulse Anaesthetics is a leading medical specialist practice that is committed to providing the highest quality service and is at the forefront of its field of expertise. They now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their team in a 9 month contract due to maternity leave.
About the role:
This multi-faceted position is integral to supporting the central administration function. Key tasks will include monitoring all accounts emails, receipting all incoming payments, action rejected and overdue accounts, processing doctors billings, speaking to patients regarding procedure costs, system maintenance, data entry and following up on accounts submissions. You will also liaise with multiple providers, patients and surgeons rooms and provide support to other team members with invoicing, receipting and account enquiries.
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and be comfortable working with figures, you will also have highly developed communication skills enabling you to be able to communicate with doctors, staff and patients. You will be highly organised, efficient and be able to problem solve and work independently as well as part of a team. You will be competent working within multiple systems and have intermediate skills across all MS Office applications as well as strong attention to detail. Knowledge of medical software and Medicare and health funds is desirable but not essential.
