About the role:

Reporting to the Product Manager and supporting Technical Sales, the focus of the role is to build and manage customer relationships to positive commercial effect, within the Data Logging and Environmental Monitoring Instrumentation aspect of the business. As part of a small team, the role could be called upon to assist in a variety of capacities and the broadly ranging duties could include:

• Phone, email, and website order processing
• Quote generation and management
• Order follow up through shipment tracking, checking stock availability and supplier contact
• Database maintenance
• Providing clients with product support
• Marketing assistance
• Website maintenance

Skills & experience:

Applications are invited from candidates who are suitably experienced in the provision of excellent customer service, ideally within a SME. Equally essential to the role is the ability to quickly adapt to new software and a vast range of new products. Fast, accurate data entry is a must. It is likely that your strengths lie in your organisation and your ability to autonomously manage multiple conflicting timelines.
