Established in 1953, and located in the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide, this business engages in domestic plumbing work within the new housing market. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their close-knit team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Directors, and working alongside the Office Administrator, the Accounts Administrator will support the team across a wide variety of accounts based administration tasks.
Duties:
- Typing and lodgement of quotations and invoices
- End of month reporting
- Providing remittance advice
- Payment of subcontractors
- Managing technician job flows
- Data entry and management of CRM
Skills & experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous relevant experience in an administration role with exposure to accounts. A high level of competence in Microsoft Excel is a must and experience with Quickbooks is preferred but not essential. You will be customer service focused and have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through your excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work methodically and manage your time efficiently will see you succeed in this small team and your self-motivation will see you be able to take on additional responsibilities when there is overflow from the Office Administrator.
