About the company:

With a strong focus on innovation and quality systems, they now have a vacancy for an Accountant to join the head office team.
About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager of Business Operations, this autonomous role will see you develop and maintain financial modelling spreadsheets for monthly management reporting, as well as working on a variety of ad-hoc accounting projects to help streamline processes.
Duties:
- Develop financial modelling spreadsheets
- Assist with year-end statutory reporting
- Assist with FBT, trust auditing, company tax and insurance renewals
- Manage water trade processing for settlements
- Manage available cash resources
- Provide backup for payroll processing
Skills & experience:
- Degree qualification in Accounting
- CPA certification
- Demonstrated experience using financial spreadsheet modelling
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience with MYOB or other accounting package
- Exemplary communication skills
