An opportunity now exists for a dynamic Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join their fast paced team.

About the role:

This is a pivotal customer service role seeing you scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching air conditioning technicians in a highly reactive environment. With no two days ever being the same, you will work closely with the operations team in an office/warehoused based environment to ensure customer service needs are met. The role is busy and ever changing, requiring someone that can adapt to shifting circumstances and take everything in their stride.

  • Communication with customers including via phone and email
  • Booking and scheduling of installations with customers
  • Data entry into scheduling system and Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing quotes
  • Receiving parts ready for jobs
  • Following up on completed jobs


Key to your success will be your organisation and efficiency, seeing you able to successfully forward plan and juggle tasks in order to solve problems and keep customers satisfied.

Skills & experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dual customer service / administration role, with a strong customer focus
Highly developed prioritisation and time management skills
Exception verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills including ability to quickly learn scheduling software
A resilient and adaptable attitude to working
Ability to learn product information
