Entrée Early Years Recruitment is a division of Entrée Recruitment established in 2011. Entrée Early Years Recruitment provides temporary and permanent recruitment services within the early childhood sector across Adelaide and South Australia.
About the role:
Our Early Years Recruitment division is at a pivotal stage in its growth, with two new team members and a focus on new technologies and systems to support our expanding client base. Early Years Recruitment is also extremely determined to continue to maintain the same levels of service excellence throughout this growth stage and seek an extra pair of hands from a likeminded and passionate scheduler and administrator to help us achieve this goal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be is a dual support role for our Early Years and Entrée teams. Your initial focus will be on Early Years, starting at 6am to schedule casual educators into shifts requested by child care centres. Once the busy morning period has been completed, you will focus on processing shifts into the system ensuring 100% accuracy. As well as ad-hoc administration support to the greater Entrée team of consultants.
Duties:
Scheduling of Educators for Early Years
Assisting with registration of candidates
Updating and maintaining the CRM and SharePoint site
Supporting the administration team with website advertising
Monthly reporting
Assisting with the setup of workshops for Entrée Training & Development
Assisting with client bookings
Liaising with candidates and clients on behalf of the consultants
Preparing documentation for the team
Adhoc work in relation to marketing and events
Skills & experience:
A challenging and reactive role, your day will be full of strict deadlines, telephone and email requests, liaising with candidates and clients and anything and everything that is involved in scheduling and administration. You will be committed to customer service excellence and be able to juggle conflicting tasks and priorities. Working to tight deadlines, thinking outside the square and working under pressure will all be familiar to you and it is essential that you have worked within a fast paced scheduling or administration role. You will have a passion for people and you ideally have an interest in recruitment/human resources or Early Years.
