About the role:
Reporting to the Member Services Team Leader, you will provide a high level of service and advice on private health insurance to existing members predominately through telephone and email enquiries and improve the customer experience by elevating members through quality interactions. You will have a passion for outstanding customer service with a high level of both written and verbal communication skills.
Duties:
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain current knowledge of fund policies
- Ensure accurate information captured in database
- Meet quality and service level agreements
Skills & experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and empathise with members
- Ability to interpret complex rules and procedures
- Strong time management skills
- Manage competing priorities
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
