About the Roles:
HR Administrator
- Phone and email management
- Employee records management
- HR related documentation creation and management
- Coordinate HR Queries
- Internal and external liaison to support the HR and HR compliance functions
- HR administration experience essential
WHS/ Injury Management Coordinator
- Workers compensation claim management
- Policy and procedure development
- Return to Work coordination and plan development
- Internal stakeholder support and advice
- Prevention and early intervention strategy collaboration
- Internal and external liaison to support the HR and HR compliance functions
- HR administration experience essential
- Relevant reporting
- RTW and injury management certification and experience essential
