Portable Long Service Leave (PLSL) is a statutory body that administers a portable long service leave scheme for the South Australian construction industry. In SA, employees performing building, electrical or metal trades, working predominantly on site are entitled to portable long service leave, meaning they don't have to work with the same employer for 10 years in order to be eligible. About the role
As the Senior Administration Officer, you will report to the CEO and provide support to both the CEO and the Board as well as undertaking a broader remit in administration, human resources, policy and procedure, reporting, compliance and more. You will be pivotal in staff engagement and the development of the culture across the office.
Duties
Executive and Board support, including agendas, packs and minutes
General office management such as facilities and supplies management
Human resources, including recruitment, staff onboarding, performance reviews and document management
Coordinate review and update registers, policy’s and procedure
Represent PLSL internally and externally in a cohesive and supportive manner
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting a Board, committee or similar function.
Demonstrated, relevant experience in an environment where frameworks, structures, registers and policies drive the administrative activities of the business.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Enjoyment of a small team environment and a broad dynamic role
National Police Check, or willingness to undertake
