About the Role

As the Corporate Receptionist / Administrator, your role will include all front of house responsibilities and low-level administrative support. This position is offered on a full-time, temporary contract basis. 

Duties

• Meet and greet all walk-ins 

• Manage phones and general mail

• Order and maintain office supplies 

• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries 

• General kitchen duties (stack dishwasher etc.) 

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated reception and administrative experience 

• Proficient with MS office suite including outlook 

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment 

• Current National Police Check desirable
