With exports representing approximately ninety per cent of revenues, their products are sold into more than one hundred and fifty countries. They excel in customer service and provide support throughout the world via a network of dealers, distributors and agents. They now have a requirement for a part-time receptionist to job share, initially on a temporary basis with view to permanency.

About the role

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the organisation and will be responsible for answering telephone and email queries, distributing mail in a timely fashion and ensuring visitors are signed in and out appropriately. You will job share with another experienced receptionist, working morning and afternoon shifts. This role requires Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning shifts and Wednesday and Friday afternoon shifts.

 Duties

• Answer telephone in a professional manner

• Greet visitors

• Organise visitor sign-in

• Mail preparation

• Organise couriers

• Provide admin support to the greater team

• RMA registration for service team
