About the Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Managing Director and work collaboratively with the JH Lever team to deliver a range of scent and taste formulations to their valued clients.
Duties
Daily planning and coordination of production to meet customer delivery requirements
Coordinate orders from sales entry to goods dispatch and invoicing
Manage purchasing, predict shortages, and maintain accurate stock levels
Develop and maintain operational reports
Comply with safe working practices
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workplace safety
Skills & Experience
Experience in a similar role highly regarded (Operations, Manufacturing, Production Planning)
Analytical and strategic problem solving
Excellent attention to detail
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Commercial acumen and customer-focused approach to work
