Duties
Data entry of records and information
Email and diary management
Process invoice
Respond to enquiries
Liaise with various service providers
File
Database maintenance
Ad hoc administration
Skills & experience
Proven administration experience
Ability to multitask and thrive work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with patience and empathy
Well developed interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone
High level organisational and data entry skills
A team player
Sound and accurate data entry skills
Proficiency at intermediate level across MS office applications
