About the Role
Due to exponential growth both locally and internationally, the role of CEO, NZ & Pacific Islands has been created to support international operations and sales. Responsible for driving the growth and sales across the NZ & Pacific Island region, the successful incumbent will develop and lead a team to support new customer requirements.
Collaborate with the Executive team to deliver the strategic plan
Monitor and report progress on growth in line with the strategic plan
Develop new customer relationships in NZ & Pacific Islands
Drive collaboration and communication in NZ & Pacific Island markets
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role
Strong interpersonal skills with existing relationships and business networks
Experience in launching new technologies into new markets
Excellent analytical and financial management experience
Experience in capital raising and trade sale execution is desirable
