About the Role
Unlock your potential in the newly created role in the Built Form department as Assistant Development Manager, where you'll be a key player in our development team's success. We're seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of construction and residential new home builds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experiences. This multifaceted role puts you at the forefront of client communication and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to overall development and marketing support. Be the main point of contact throughout the build journey to post-handover
Provide end to end client communication throughout the construction journey
Collaborate with the sales team and builders on a regular basis
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
Manage and undertake handovers with customers at settlement
Undertake regular site visits of Built Form projects
Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support the Development Manager in various aspects of project planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills & Experience
Detail-oriented with the capability to manage tasks efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated empathy and understanding in addressing customer needs and concerns
