With an office based in the Adelaide CBD, the Human Resources team provides leadership on human resources matters covering more than 300 employees within the Synod of South Australia.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will work collaboratively with the Human Resources and Placements teams, supporting people in ministry within the Synod of South Australia.
Summary of Key responsibilities
Administration of ministry personnel placement records and documentation
Resourcing of documentation for Committees associated with ministry placements
Management of placement and employment contractual documentation
Administration of sickness and injury fund and leave provisions
Review and contribute to Placements policies
Administration of associated ministry and chaplaincy grants and funding submissions
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar position and tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field
Demonstrating a high level of administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong numerical acumen and high attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic and supportive interpersonal skills
