About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support the delivery of training courses for the Salisbury HITsa location, with no two days being the same! The role is an opportunity to provide a meaningful impact on students and be an integral part of the HITsa team.
Duties
Provision of efficient, effective customer service to students
Preparation of training material and meeting rooms
Accurate data entry and record management of student attendance and assessment results
Maintenance of the Salisbury site including organising stationery, consumables and repairs
Ad hoc duties in relation to coordinating the day-to-day operations of the site
Skills & Experience
Experience within a dynamic, multi-faceted role is essential
Excellent time management and planning skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to work to processes
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
Experience working in a registered training organisation highly regarded
