About the Role
As the Administration Assistant, you will support the JH Lever team with general office administration.
Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and phone and email enquiries
Calendar management and scheduling
Support management with meeting preparation and event coordination
Office supply management
Provide sales support and update the CRM system
Assist with ad hoc office tasks and maintain organisational efficiency
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience in administrative or office support role desirable
