A staple of our weekly staff meetings is our "wins" agenda item, in which we celebrate the successes of each other in a public forum. Entrée Recruitment management also publicly recognise achievements with gifts, email "shout outs", and voting ballots for winners of rewards and prizes. Each year also sees a number of recruitment industry awards nights, conferences and events for which employees whom have demonstrated outstanding performance are selected to attend. Work anniversaries are also a highly valued method of employee appreciation at Entrée Recruitment, and we will use the anniversary of your first day to celebrate your accomplishments year by year.
