As an Entrée Recruitment employee, you will be part of a team that cares. A team that cares about our community and our environment, and makes many efforts to contribute, give back, and make a difference. Through a number of staff initiatives, we at Entrée Recruitment are building our Corporate Social Responsibility Profile and enabling employees to feel a sense of purpose. The Entrée Recruitment team share the same vision for our local, national and global communities, and we work together to set and achieve socially conscious goals and objectives. One of our largest efforts towards staff contribution is the provision of Community Leave. As an Entrée Recruitment employee you will receive two days of paid Community Leave per year to engage in volunteering activities of your choice, allowing you to provide charity and not-for-profit organisations with assistance across a range of activities.
Additionally, you will participate in a range of company organised initiatives for the benefit of charities, not-fot-profit organisations and society. Together with your team, you will help select and organise company volunteer opportunities and fundraising campaigns regularly, focused on giving back to the community. As an Entrée Recruitment employee, you will also have the opportunity to attend regular charity events and fundraisers on behalf of Entrée Recruitment, including charity balls and luncheons. Plus, feel confident knowing that your employer assists charity and not-for-profit organisations through the provision of discounted recruitment rates.
Working at Entrée Recruitment means you will be part of an environmentally conscious team. Working together with your team and our dedicated Environmental Committee, you will have the opportunity to participate in constructing and implementing socially impactful policies based around enrivonmental sustainability. Thus far our team have introduced greater office recycling practices through the attainment of a kerbside recycling bin, a charity clothing donation bin, regular in-office clothing swaps, and a REDcycle recycling system. Additionally, our team have collectively worked to reduce paper waste through the implementation of electronic note-taking during interviews and meetings utilising iPads, the digitalisation of in-office forms, and the ridding of office filing cabinets and paper storage.
