Your role at Entrée Recruitment will not be static. Employees are offered the opportunity to pursue pathways of interest and mould their job description to suit personal skills, capabilities and interests. You will always be growing, developing and evolving through access to industry sessions, upskilling webinars, in-house training workshops, and varied community learning events. You will set annual personal goals and will be supported and encouraged by your team members to achieve them. Your professional development will be led by your Manager through weekly one-on-one progress meetings and will also be aided by your team through shared knowledge and experience.
