This powerful, interactive and experiential workshop helps participants learn how to manage negative stress by bringing awareness to their stress response and addressing contributing lifestyle factors.
Information and practice of simple, practical, interactive, fast-tracked strategies and techniques from a variety of fields, including: positive psychology, nutrition and wellbeing, mindfulness, breath work, meditation, EFT and other lifestyle strategies, help prevent and manage stress and increase your effectiveness at work and in life.
Participants learn and experience these practical, holistic strategies and techniques in the workshop and also build a personalised plan in the workshop that maps out their new way forward.
Content & Outcomes
The cycle of stress and how your automatic thoughts affect your mood, emotions, behaviours, relationships and can even manifest in physical symptoms
How to interrupt this cycle at the level of the automatic negative thoughts with a quick relax and replace technique
Interactively going through the aspects of healthy body, healthy mind in the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, hydration, and grounding and how to build these into your life immediately will help build resilience and modulate emotional stress
Practice and learn the strategies and techniques from the stress toolbox to bring you back to balance, including breath work, mindfulness, meditation, and emotional freedom techniques. Most of these techniques can be implemented on the move and in the moment
How to put together cutting edge tools, lifestyle strategies and morning and evening routines in a self care action plan to ensure that your results are sustained post workshop
Handouts summarising all the 'tools' for stress management
Participants build their own personalised wellbeing plan throughout the workshop, which they take away and implement daily
Individual or group coaching follow-up sessions are also available

4 hours - $1,500 plus GST
This workshop can be broken up into two separate or just one smaller workshop – Toolkit for Emotional Wellbeing ( 2-hours) and Lifestyle & Mindset Strategies for Resilience ( 2-hours) or can be presented as a lunch and learn.
