About Magdalene (Mags) Nocera
Primarily based at Entrée’s new Mawson Lakes office, with a few days in our Adelaide CBD office, Magdalene brings a broad professional background that spans hospitality, youth work and human resources.
She began her career in hospitality, where she built strong people skills and a natural ability to form genuine connections. This evolved into a role as a trainee youth worker, deepening her understanding of people’s needs, and later led her into human resources as an HR Coordinator. Here, she found her passion for recruitment and the opportunity to combine her relationship-building strengths with purposeful, people-centred work.
Magdalene specialises in blue-collar recruitment and has extensive experience hiring for operational roles across the mining, transport, and industrial sectors. Her placements have included truck drivers, machine operators, cleaners, and general labourers. She takes pride in delivering a tailored, informed approach to recruitment that goes well beyond the job brief. By building strong relationships through one-on-one conversations and thoughtful questions, she develops a deep understanding of each client’s culture, goals, and challenges.
