About the role:
Working within the operations team based in Tranmere, we are looking for someone to coordinate the order, fulfillment and return processes of all plastics and reconstruction surgeries “Loan Kit” packs across Australia.
You will be responsible for the processing and fulfilment of all Implant Loan Kit orders to clinics and hospitals, providing exceptional customer service from order and dispatch and all the way through to the Loan Kits’ return. Your day will involve:
- Managing all client liaison from initial product enquiries, through to ensuring issues are managed diligently and swiftly
- Processing all Implant Loan Kit orders, taking responsibility for all data integrity and accuracy
- Determining and reassessing daily dispatch priorities and liaison with the Warehouse for efficient and accurate picking and packing
- Manage all dispatch and logistics of the implant Loan Kits, including the return and restock ready for the next surgery
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone who has an exceptional ability to prioritise, multitask, think laterally and solve problems, gained from their experience in a similar product coordination, administration or logistics-based role.
Coupled with this experience, we are looking for someone with the interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal with a range of stakeholders with a solutions focused approach in dealing with day to day issues.
Sound administration skills, personal organisation practices and proficiency in MS Office suite of products will also ensure success in the role.
