As an agency specialising in business support roles, we are looking to build our team of Human Resources professionals for temporary assignments.
Positions exist within organisations that are global operators and small to midsized, locally owned firms. As a HR Administrator, you may be supporting a Human Resources Manager or Recruitment team, either helping with a high workload through a busy phase, or covering a leave period.
Supporting the Human Resources Manager across all HR functions, you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of industrial relations matters, WHS regulations, HR reporting, end to end recruitment, and general HR enquiries. Your communication skills, computer literacy and confidence in supporting a diverse staffing body will be welcomed in this professional organisation.
Skills & experience:
The ideal applicant for these positions will have experience in Human Resources and be experienced in managing recruitment processes. You will be confident to hit the ground running and use your initiative to identify areas in which you can add value. Your attention to detail will be high.
