About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will involve working within the Professional Services team to design and implement secure and reliable UC and contact centre solutions for a wide range of clients, as well as supporting the Managing Services team through responding to escalations. You will work in a collaborative team environment to ensure successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. While Hastwell is based in the western suburbs of Adelaide, this work will include a variety of remote work as well as on-site work at client sites.

Skills & experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least a Cisco CCNA Collab level certification but ideally CCNP Collab level certification. With experience working with Cisco UC Solutions (CUCM, CUC, IM&P, UCCX), you will display aa passion for continuous learning along with confidence, adaptability and broad technical knowledge. You will be confident in delivering IP-Tel UC management and support, troubleshooting and diagnostics. Key to your success will be your passion for technology, organisation skills and commitment to meeting customer expectations. Due to the nature of Hastwell’s clients, eligibility for an AGSVA security clearance will be an advantage.
