About the role:
We have experienced unprecedented growth within our Early Years division, and we now have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is for someone who doesn’t just want a job but for someone who wants to immerse themselves in a position and culture and really love what they do. With full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of Educators, you can demonstrate experience in writing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking and staff management. Your insightful and intuitive nature ensures that you have a knack for talent identification and ensuring a strong cultural fit between candidates and individual centres. Your ability to think outside the square and be a creative problem solver will ensure that you provide an effective solution based service to existing and future clients.
