About the role:

We have experienced unprecedented growth within our Early Years division, and we now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.This role is for someone who doesn’t just want a job but for someone who wants to immerse themselves in a position and culture and really love what they do.With full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of educators, you can demonstrate experience in writing job advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking and staff management. Your insightful and intuitive nature ensures that you have a knack for talent identification and ensuring a strong cultural fit between candidates and individual centers. Your ability to think outside the square and be a creative problem solver will ensure that you provide an effective solution based service to existing and future clients.You must have flexibility to be on call from home from 6am and 8pm if required

Duties:

·         Client relationship building

·         Daily relief staff placement

·         Recruitment of permanent and contract/temp staff

·         Candidate management

·         Interviewing

·         Reference checking

·         Business development

·         Writing of advertisements

·         Administration

Desirable Skills & Experience

·         Previous experience in childcare leadership

·         Talent identification

·         Business development/sales

·         Ability to build and maintain relationships

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong problem solving skills
