About the role:
Due to an internal promotion and growth we are seeking a Senior Consultant to work with new and existing clients recruiting temporary and permanent roles.
Duties:
Taking telephone job briefings from clients
Recruitment of both permanent and temporary roles
Developing relationships with clients
Interviewing candidates
Reviewing applications and phone screening
Reference checking
Talent searching
Writing advertisements for permanent roles
Liaising with clients on issues of rates, positions and work performance
Career advice and counselling to candidates
Skills & experience:
This role requires someone who can think on their feet and thrive in a corporate fast paced environment. You will be committed to customer service excellence and be able to juggle conflicting tasks and priorities. This role is for someone who is looking for “not just a job” but for a role where they want to immerse themselves in a position and culture and really love what they do each day. This role offers real opportunity for growth in the recruitment industry therefore, you will ideally have experience in recruitment/human resources.
