About the role:

As Senior Finance Officer / Accountant, this is a pivotal hands-on role within a small finance team. Managing and supporting a diverse range of financial and administration tasks, primary responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Reconciliations
• Credit control
• Fortnightly payroll
• Asset register maintenance
• Undertake month end processes and meet reporting deadlines
• Cashflow forecasting and management

• Credit control
• BAS, Return To Work and superannuation lodgment

Skills & experience:

A qualification in Accounting/Finance is essential. Ideally you will have experience within medium finance departments where you’ve had to work closely with the operations of the business. Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work well with others and an understanding of not-for profit environment, together with strong reporting and MS Excel skills, will ensure your success.
