About the company:
Entrée Recruitment is an established, SA owned and operated independent recruitment firm. One of our valued clients have a requirement for an experienced administrative assistant to support their procurement specialist for no less than three months, with potential for permanency.
About the role:
This role will call upon your fast and accurate data entry to manage procurement information in SAP. No less than intermediate Word and Excel will be necessary to assist the procurement specialist in their essential undertakings.
Duties may include:
- Purchase order and shipment administration
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate supplier contact details and lead time data
- Preparing orders for goods, materials, and services
- Managing and administering purchase orders and contracts
- Source price quotations and prepare purchase orders as required
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Reviewing and reporting supplier invoice discrepancies
- Maintain records for current supplier details, pricing, and technical information
